Do you think ignorance is bliss?

I feel awful the more I know about the real world politics, money, sex, relationship, love, etc. when I was ignorant I was just happy by myself. Now it's like hell. I wonder if ignorance is a bliss after all?

Ignorance could be a bliss, but I like to add, wisdom is a blessing.

Yes, the ability to know the "deep things" of life in politics, money, sex, relationship, love, etc. and able to find success achieving them is true blessings.

"In hell" is the initial stage of acquiring wisdom. When you failed sufficiently and learned how not to fail again, you'll be wise and successful.

Hence keep trying. Don't give up! It takes many failures to invent the light bulb, that lit everyone's world.

It is. The less knowledge you have the easier it is to be happy. When you're a kid and know nothing about the world, everything is new and exciting and the little things in life make you happy. You don't know about luxury vacations, fancy cars and houses, love and heartbreak, or even death and mortality. But you'll chase butterflies or run around a playground with the biggest smile on your face. The more intelligent you are, the more you tend to ponder all these aspects of life and it usually puts you into a downward spiral of negativity.

Sure but the real reason ignorance is bliss isn't because having "little knowledge" as you said. It's because it's simply easier and less stressful to go along with the brainwashed majority rather than stand with the minority who sees the truth.

Most of time but in some few cases it's a deadly mistake. Ergo: being ignorant is okay but you shouldn't never lose situational awareness.

I think you have a strong point. With ignorance you could enter into a relationship and make it work if there was goodwill on both sides. Without ignorance you might not enter a relationship at all.

I was always realistic with geopol however.

To some degree yes it is but then it truly depends would u be happy being with someone thats cheating but u never find out about it
