Why has there always been tension between black Americans vs. black Latinos, black Caribbean, and black Africans?

I am a non black Latino asking this. I never hated any racial group, etc. I am just wondering this because many people always say there is tension between theae groups.

I've had black Latino friends in the past. I'm friends currently with a few black Africans. I'm a black American.

There's tension in and between all races though, unfortunately.

All these people I listed are the same race (black), just not same culture. You know that?

Like I said, there's tension between all races. The same way some Mexicans have issues with Guatemalans and other Hispanics.
