Earlier this year, women became the majority of the workforce for the first time in U. S. history. Most managers are now women too. And for every two men who get a college degree this year, three women will do the same. For years, women’s progress has been cast as a struggle for equality. What if modern, postindustrial society is simply better suited to women?

It'll be the end of society.

Show me any city built exclusively without men. No male input in the architecture, sewers, public gardens, road structures, electrical grid or any construction of any kind.

Similarly, show me a society where the majority of domestic financial expenditure has not historically been controlled by women. There are none. For the whole of human history while men went to work - often upwards of 90 hour weeks until around 65 years ago - women ran the home. They educated the next generation. They made the decisions about what the finances would be spent on.

150 years ago during the Victorian era the big gardens in England grew all the vegetables and a farm raised the meat for the House. The Head Gardener was indeed generally a man. He would plan where each crop would be sown - based on the instructions handed to him by the kitchen. And while there would be butlers in the House the kitchen was almost always run by women - and women determined what the Gardener bought to sow, set the standards for the work the men had to then live up to.

"Dominance" in society is a fallacy. Neither sex survives with zero input from the other. It's that simple.

The modern "Feminist" - actually a misandristic philosophy - would be shunned by the Suffragettes of the early 20th century. Yes, women were playing a larger role in generation of incomes at that point and taxes were being paid by both sexes for the first time. As such, women felt they should have a day in what the money in the public purse was spent on. Fair enough.

But men had the vote because it was how they had a voice over whether they should be required to go to war, fight and perhaps be killed, resulting in their families losing their financial security.

If you think men "dominate" society, take another look at what men have had to do for thousands of years to build modern society. And who it's been built for.

It eventually will be but that's a good thing. It's not that women will become dominant but that things will tend to be more equally respectful.

Hi, i would be very interested to know, if you look into those companies with the updated politically correct number of women in that particular level of employment, how many woman have roles above that, the ceo's etc? You should have a look into the hidden histories of female leaders changing the world. most are purposely covered up or evidence destroyed... the female who initiated the silk trail and had the biggest congregation of country leaders meeting with her, this is carved on a wall... she was the most successful at genuinely protecting her subjects had a design for storing food so no one ever starved... so the perfect example of what women are made of... entirely not of the world of business, arms... etc.. so how do we emerge in the roles of leaders, they do not want it for sure... it damn well should be and will be the end of their dominance but how do we get there? im watching a uk BBC drama called, Call the midwife, based on real life diaries from the 1950s onwards in Poplar, London slums... late 60s now and they are just debating law on doctors performing abortions for medical reasons. my 18yr old daughter made the remark that now they are banning it again in 2023! i feel unless we have a worlds end type scenario, which personally im happy to accept, in my lifetime we won't see much change... the narrative of the correct image is where its at and not much more in my opinion...

Women tend to do soft degrees. Another factor is when women move into a course/profession the perceived status goes down. I was talking to a young woman about her uni options. The hard areas weren't an option to her. I suggested Law and her response was omg No - you can't get a job. Both her parents were lawyers and you'd think they could organize something. Psychology has become a dud degree. MBAs were a licence to print money but are duds now.

You could see men electing not to go to college as a realistic & sensible assessment they don't have the maths to do hard degrees and feminist studies/psychology degrees will just saddle them with debt.

With managers there are lot of levels. If it is managing a call center it is checking the calls & sales made are up to scratch. At my level my manager works for me smoothing the path so I can get the job done as I am in a tech field.

The mathematician say never because no two points can coincide and having a lot of fsd points doesn't overcome this.
The physicist says an infinite amount to time an fsd will approximate and more fsd's will help.

The engineer says all the fsd's in the world will never enable them to solve an engineering problem because the won't have the math to solve anything.

Men dominate a physical world because we are generally physically stronger. Now that all the main infrastructure has been built and all that's really require is maintenance, there isn't really as much of a need for men. Nowadays, you can work from home as an accountant or something and order groceries online, and literally never leave your house. The world has moved in a direction where men are not needed to provide and protect. We've lost our place in the world and our drive has significantly decreased over the years. We don't see our role and purpose in society as easily.

I can promise you if infrastructure was all destroyed and we started from point 0 again, men would dominate again and women would be attracted to them more so because it would be back to provide and protect.

Yes, this modern society is more suited to women. But I would say it goes against human nature. Humans are happier when they're more connected to nature. Women are happier when they realize and embrace their femininity and stop trying to be men. And men are happier when they have full freedom to express their masculinity.

No it’s not going to end. Because in reality women do need men to keep society running. Sure women are CEOs, bosses, etc, but those are in companies that are usually office jobs. If men disappeared how many of these women do you think would jump up to do all these jobs men do? Women only want things that benefit them. Honestly if men wanted to take everything back we could, by force. What group of women are going to stand up to these men who would take it over by using pure physical power? Most likely none. Sure. A few women might fight back but that won’t last. What’s keeping that from happening? Other men. You want equality, this, that, but the ones who are fighting it for you are actually men. Because again if all men said no, we don’t like this, we don’t want this, that’s what it would be. Women’s rights exist because of men. It wasn’t little miss thing out there holding up her equal rights sign burning her bra. It was because certain men decided to give these women those rights. Which they could easily take back if they wanted to. You say women are getting more degrees than men but women carry a majority of the student loan debt. Not only that they’re going into fields that make very little money. I realize you’re at a very young age right now, but trust me most women don’t want to work till they’re old. What kind life is that? Retiring only to possibly die 10 or less years later. I’m all for letting women run things, maybe it’s time for them to do their share. Now you can take care of us men. But you won’t. Even if you did for a while you’d get tired of it because as much as women want to scream they’re strong, their independent, they still want a man to make as much as them or more so he can take care of her. They've been saying women are the majority of the work force for the last some years now, not just this year. I guess they can't keep their facts straight. Either way, no it isn't going to make a difference. I'm sure the majority of degrees women are getting are for business, finance, management, and maybe medicine. Easy stuff. Most women pick office degrees so they can one day control and infuse those areas with white-feminist ideology. I highly doubt most are aiming for IT, engineering, aerodynamics, science, etc.

Yup. No one gives a shit about men. Everything these days caters to women. Laws and acts in politics, DEI, ext. I mean, HELL we even have an entire month dedicated to women when women don't deserve a fucking month and a lot of said women even agree. Yet won't do anything about it. All these privledges for women pisses me off because in my experience women have done nothing but screw me over all my life yet they continue to gain privledges I will never have. Even the one who falsely accused me and slapped me with an ex parte ppo I had to fight in court while attending college. She got off Scott free of course while I had to drop out of school. 🤷🏻‍♂️ now I work at a thrift store while she's probably got some cushionie graphic design job. I hate to say it but I hate women more and more every day

What's the breakdown on what those college degrees are in? The engineer is going to have more upwards mobility socially than the person majoring in mayan poetry, regardless of sex. Most of my bosses for the past 20 years have been female. I don't see much of a change.

Just cuz there’s more women managers doesn’t mean that the CEO’s are gunna be women, men are always going to dominate those top tier positions. Also more women in college just means women are more likely to be in student loan debt for degrees that probably won’t be very lucrative.

It's not as simple as that. Because while women have more power and opportunities than ever before, they are also less happy than they have ever been before. So I wouldn't really going as far as to saying that this society benefits any gender at all.

I mean what do you expect? Most hr are woman so they give preference to female candidate. Most companies in America practice diversity hiring. I think it would be more equal if there was no discrimination against men.
