We all know how men's prisons work if they know an immate is locked up for molesting and raping a little kid. They have specific moral codes among them and have hierarchy levels. Child molesters are regarded as the lowest of low and several times either injured or killed.
This is about a woman arrested for something as heinous and disgusting; for filming herself sexually abusing (raping) her boyfriend's 3 year-old daughter. Given that several inmates are mothers wishing to see their children, I would assume they'll give her hell for that. Do women's prisons work similar when it comes to that type of disgusting, heinous crimes against children? If other women knew what she did, would they react the same too?

I would imagine it's about the same. The thing is predators as such do what they do to kids because they aren't confident enough to try it with an adult someone who has power to fight back.
Therefore when they show up in prison with adults who can defend themselves and have the confidence to fight another adult they have no issue with taking advantage of that weakness predators have.
That's in most cases, some predators however are confident to fight adults and be aggressive with those who can fight back in which case they end up been just fine in prison. And ya know are the ones who tend to sexually assault others in prison.
In this case mentioned above she sounds like a coward who's going to have a rough time.
That's the more important part really it depends more on how much of a coward the predator is. If this woman above, was assaulting her boyfriend as well and was quite aggressive she would probably be fine in prison.
Also there is another type of possibility she's a mouse. In which she's sneaky, and the one who people kinda leave alone in prison and the one who if anyone was looking out for you in there would tell you to stay away from.

yeah she definitely looks like a coward and I think by her behavior and the ways she talks, other women might be able to figure out there is something just off and weird about her. In this example from Quora (base on a story about a woman that was in jail for other reason) a female child molester had to be removed from their cell. The women hated her and said even gave a warning, saying if guards didn't remove her, they will snack the hell out of her. That woman was in for raping her own 13 year-old son. Usually it's verbal abuse among women but in that specific case, they really wanted to go physical on her. She got hated so badly.

Every woman I've seen talk about this from their own experience say that no, chomos (child molesters) are not treated the same in women's prisons. They might be avoided and ostracized and picked on, but most of these women have children that are entirely dependent on them going home and they usually aren't in there on multiple life sentences with no hope of release. They consider the family they've gotta get back to more important than killing a random chomo.
Even if there aren't too much physical altercations, the fact that they're ostracized and verbally singled out, means they aren't liked and so treated like an outcast. It's pretty much similar to the way female bullying at school works; a girl considered too different, weird of one that lacks good social skills is ostracized and ridiculed by the other girls.
This case sounds different though. In this story, the other women really hated one that was in for raping her own 13 year-old son. They requested that woman to be removed or she gets beaten. They didn't want that woman with them.

I’m not sure, since I don’t hear anything about the women’s prison having some acts toward predators.
I was reading some. Looks like she's toasted too. She did the crime practically everyone hates and they're not saved in any prison that has a general population. Apparently have a special term called ''a baby case''. When someone informs them about how a woman is a baby case, it means she's a child molesters. That's the male equivalent for the term chomo.
Hopefully she gets what's coming in prison.
