Yes, it was interesting, and enlightening about Putin. I didn't think Putin would be soo capable of string together a deep historical case. This just goes to show our own politicians intellectually may not be up to his standards.

That said his history is probably very one sided, his given reason like a coup, nazi's seem to be just political lies.

There may be some truth to his feeling alienated by being excluded from NATO even as all of his neighbors were allowed to join, as well as the missile defense program both of which very implicitly threaten Russia with subjugation.

Yes. Putin is quite a diplomat. I can't think of anyone in the U. S. or Europe who could do nearly as well.
I thought the interview was interesting and agreed with much of what Putin had to say. He did adroitly dodge some questions, though.

It's funny how other media outlets are condemning Carlson for doing the interview when they, themselves, had all tried. I think Tucker did a decent job. And I'm glad he's not a stupid Russophobe.

It's too bad that we don't have more actual journalists.
