I took care of the education of my own kids. I also mentor girls scammed in programming bootcamps and people who can't afford college but want to pursue a software engineering career.

The only thing people bring from school is fear... that their answer will be wrong... The first months of mentoring is teaching them that we LEARN on our mistakes, so mistakes are better than anything else...
