Do men have equal legal/cultural rights to women?

I think here in Japan, it's pretty much equal. We don't have any bias in law based on sex and lack the concept of alimony/spousal support, and child support is something almost always left to be negotiated between the two parties.
Culturally there might be some bias but I'm not sure towards which sex. For example, men are probably culturally favored for leadership positions (for example, we have far more male politicians than female politicians), although that's not something demanded and women have the vote as well. Meanwhile, we're still traditional here with dating where men are expected to pay for dates as well as ultimately be the main providers in the household, but women are expected to follow the men's lead. So it's kind of hard to say who has it better from a cultural perspective.
I think mostly we have it arranged here where men tend to do what men usually excel in doing and women tend to do what women excel in doing. It might be considered a bit too strict though for men and women who are somewhat anomalies, like very submissive men or very dominant women. We might not be the most accommodating to those cases although that's something that couples can still work out between each other, but culturally we might not be as open as individuals to such ideas.
not equal because women have job advantage "women quota for hiring" they must hire, regardless of skill at the loss of men who might be better at the job. same for any type of quota holding reserved places, at any level of job "corporate boards" or lower management or any hiring using any reserved quota for anyone based on anything besides skill.
if it would be just one "reserved" in a political party, that would "compensate for the voters never voting for women" but at jobs even one is a problem and worse if a percent reserved. a percentage is a bad unjust advantage.
We are equal. If any gender has more rights or privileges, it means we as people failed. The more privileged gender failed because they wanted too much...; the less privileged gender failed because they didn't point it out and didn't defend their rights.
In Europe, it's quite equal. We have rights without pointing to gender. People are treated equally by courts, police, and other authorities.
Men and women have the same rights, except when it comes to reproduction. Women have the legal right (in most places) to choose whether or not they want to become a parent when there is an unplanned pregnancy. Not only do men not have that right, they don't even have the legal right to know when they have concieved a child.
Asside from that, we are equal.

I’m the US women have far more legal/cultural rights than men. They even have special privileges. This pisses me off because women who falsely accuse men and do other fucked up things still get these rights and privileges and men even continue putting these women on a god damn pedestal!!! And people wonder why I hate women… Jesus Christ
I hate it all. The game and those stupid enough to participate
wow. bummer.
Presently in the 2020s, in my western part of the world, I'd say chicks have the rights Hands down. And that's not a dirty joke. I do think women have greater rights. After all, nowadays as a man you can be accused of anything by a woman and that doesn't mean I'm bitter against women, I love women. that said, to answer the question only, I voted how I voted merrily and sweetly 😌😬
Where? In the US, women have more. In Saudi Arabia, men do.

@islathewitch has summed this up in it's entirety.
As far as the law goes equal. That’s not to say men and women have their own advantages and disadvantages.
In theory men and women have equal rights in law. However that obviously doesn't extend to the right to raise children or keep your own money.
Women have FAR more legal rights and privileges than men do.
Men and women have equal Rights. Period. Both by G0d and the Constitution.
Obviously not, look at child custody for example. Or alimony with no kids is nuts
Culturally, it's pretty equal. But it is an is an indisputable fact that women have more legal rights than men.
Really depends on the country.
It should be 50/50
