I have no idea, especially when the shit leftards in the Democrat party have turned every major city in the United States in to Gotham City sans Batman. I would fully support someone shooting the thugs and illegals in these cities but the Soros-backed prosecutors only prosecute people who defend themselves against criminals and never the criminals themselves.

The same reason it is against vigilantism in any walk of life.
Because there is little recourse, and great escalation.
In proper legal systems the defendant gets to lay their case before court. They make the truth and facts known, with appeals, recourse, and any punishment after.
In vigilantism, there is only insular judgement and emotion. You kill the wrong person, and it starts wars and feuds. There is no control and no way back for anyone.

Think. What if you were attacked by some random person and beaten because you looked like a suspect? You then have a ton of medical bills and recovery time. The rules are there for a reason.
