No. Take Roger Daltry; he was in a band called, The Who and at least two of their members were well known for destroying hotel rooms and hotels. One time, the police came and arrested all four of them even though Roger hadn't done a thing wrong. I agree with him that it's not right for him to get into trouble over what Keith and John did! A band is basically a gang that plays music.

The Who were a BAND, not a gang;destroying hotel rooms is a far cry from murder, drug dealing, money washing and other gang activities. I think it should be a misdemeanour to be in a gang even if no crime is committed, because said gang boy or girl may have guilty knowledge of crimes.
