You go through the local papers and find somebody whi is your age that has died. Go to the town hall and get a copy of tbeir birth certificate. Apply for a social security card. Then you can get a driver's license. Why stop there, you might as well get a passport too. do d forget to register to vote.

In America you have to petition a court. It’s not a short process so you would probably have to move cross country, like Alaska or Hawaii, become a resident for awhile and then change your name.
