What do you mean by scientific? Because there are definitely different groups of traits that characterize and are more common in each "race," but I don't think there's anything that can only occur in one particular race.

i did some more studying on this and i was right. they don't have a clue. they don't even know what causes skin colorization. but i will say this one thing. when a skull in the woods is found, they can identify it as white, black, indigenous, etc... do you see where i'm going?
