What is the real reason of SUCCESS?

I think many people do hardwork but only some people get success or achievement. Failure people also do hardwork as equal to success people. God makes people same. So why some people get success and some get not. What is the real reason behind?

Putting your hard work (2 words) into something that is going to grow, such as education, training and skills in the right area, rather than getting any old random degree and putting hard work into a cubicle where you'll have the same job at around the same pay 5 years from now.

Your opinion sounds very good but sometimes this is little difficult in real life, but yeah putting hardwork on skills is more worth
