the person who watches it and enjoys it is the most fucked up. though the creator and the tortionist or also evil. all three should be punished. won't say the person who out of curiosity checks it out once is evil and should necessarily be punished. most likely they're some immature young person who wants some adrenaline and will be disturbed by it. personally when i was in high school and a little bit in my late teens i checked out a couple times isis beheading vids; snuff, gang torture (some really vile stuff) on gore sites to see what my limits where and because i was curious. but that didn't mean that i thought it was good and fun in the sadistic sense, doesn't mean i'm evil. i was just immature
