No, that’s why they aren’t allowed to and the idea isn’t even on the table. At most I think they can vote in municipal elections, and it’s meant to be for people who are here on a Green Card so they’re here long-ish term and directly affected by what happens in their city or town. I don’t believe “illegal” immigrants are permitted to vote under any circumstances.

By allowing non-citizens to vote you reduce the power of a citizen's vote by watering down their power in elections. It's illegal under the constitution for the federal government or any state to allow that to happen. Additionally by padding the books on population without recognizing of if a person within a state is a citizen or not, you are also tyrannically stealing power from other states in the House of Representatives. This leads to bad law and misappropriation of funding (i. e. theft of embezzlement of tax payer dollars). we are one happy planet of humans, any human should be able to vote in our fed election since we are impactful to the whole planet, but you have to be a US citizen to run. That simplifies everything, you just need to submit with an ID so you don't vote twice.
