Non-citizens should not be allowed to vote. That means non-citizens of the country, state, or city. I used to move around a lot. I never voted on local stuff. I didn't feel it was right for me to vote on things that I didn't have a long term vested interest in.

I should point out that there are no national elections in the US, only state and local elections. So voters must be a US citizen AND a resident of the state/county/city in which they vote.

I might make an exception for long term permanent residents - like people who have lived here for at least 10-20 years, and don't vote in their native country.

I know you can't be registered to vote in two different states. I don't know how it's done, but I know when I've registered in another state, it automatically de-registered me in my previous state. I assume something similar happens with people from other countries, whether they become a citizen or not.

Right now, we have over 11 million illegals running around our country. They were let into this country just for the purpose of being allowed to vote for the party that let them in to our country and not have to wait for the legal way to allow them to enter. Those numbers can change many elections in this country. Then they have no vested interest in this country only what they are told to vote for by THE DEMOCRATIC COMMUNIST PARTY OF AMERICA to turn this country into another socialist failure.

None citizens should NOT have the right to vote in a countries election, unless there is a reciprocal agreement in place where US nationals can vote in other countries elections, the only way that non-citizens become eligible to vote is if they become naturalised citizens of the US.
When I worked I the US for 10 years I had no 'right to vote' in the two elections that happened while I was there, that is quite right and proper, as I still had the right to vote in UK elections by Postal Ballot.

Yes, there are no nations that would let non citizens to vote, never mind people whose very presence here is a crime. Yet the democrats are doing their best to get them all signed up to vote. Then they will tell them if Trump wins they will all be sent back.
