They are pushing the limit. It depends on individual health. I'm a fair amount younger either of them. But I'm fully aware that at my age things can drastically change in a heartbeat. I've seen it happen too many times.

Nobody at any age is guaranteed to live four more years. But when you get into your 50s, 60s, and 70s, the odds of something happening skyrocket, even for someone in good health.

While age and experience does matter - it matters a lot - there is a point where it become a liability. I think both of those guys have reached that point. Even if someone that age happens to be clear and sharp, that can change very quickly.

Are they too old? Biden certainly is. And Trump is pretty damn close. Get some new blood in there. I don't mean a 40 year old who is barely out of diapers. But not in their late 70s and eighties either.

It is more about how well somebody functios as they get old. President Trump has demonstrated that he has the ability to campaign tirelessly, often going off script. All the while fighting the Democrat legal system and a hostile media. Joe Biden on the other hand has demonstrated a lack of enduance. His handlers often put a lid over his activities after lunch. He has taken more vacation time than any other president in modern times and often mixes up leaders of countries and often cannot remember who he is talking to. He was found to fail a competency exam to stand trial for mishandling of classified documents. The prosecutor felt that he could not get a conviction for such a frail, forgetful man.

Trump actually knows where he is and his middle name. It is shape of mind. When you hear that about Trump , it is the haters.

I do believe you should be 21 years old to vote. That is a bigger problem. Most young people have no clue what is really going on. They don't know history. They don't know the real world. They vote based on liberal educational lies and emotion. They are told US is an evil country that stole everything it has built. They are told Christians start all the wars. They are told all white people are evil and want to kill off all other races.

Being "president" means you can bring money, politics and institutions together behind your campaign.

It has nothing to do with age as the president is a very small piece in the setup. Most of the real work is done by those around him. He is just the man who says "yes" or "no" in some of the decision chains.

No but, you heard them say last week that Joe's not mentally fit so, he CAN'T be President! As long as they've got all their marbles and can do a great job, they can run for President! Joey has proven REPEATEDLY on a daily basis that he's not fit to have the job!! Just because a lot of idiots and dead people voted for him doesn't mean he can do it ot should have it!

Both are too old of course. Personally I would say the best move would be for trump to take vivek as his vp and then once president 2 years 2 days in step down and have vivek take over for the remaining time. This lets vivek showcase his skills as a president without losing 1 of his 2 potential terms. Vivek is well-spoken, intelligent, articulate, and would make a decent president. Though he has another 7 years before he meets min age requirements for president

Trump is smarter than any of us on this site. Jacque Fresco was sharp as a tack until he died at 101 years of age. Aging is not natural. It's programmed in your DNA. It's a blueprint. You're designed to age and die, so someone can take your place. Mother nature is smart. If people didn't die, the Earth couldn't sustain us all. Cars age and rust, but humans do not. In 27 days, you will have new skin. Bones take longer.
