If a visiting girl team comes to your school and uses the boys' locker room, does that mean that the boys are not allowed to enter their locker room? The other girl's team is in the girls' locker room. If a male visiting team comes to your school and uses the girls' locker room, does that mean the girls can not enter their locker room? Yes, locker rooms can be temporarily redesignated for visiting teams, and yes, you can close off entry to the opposite gender.

Your comment is correct. You put a sign on the boy's locker room to state on this date that a group of girls will be using the locker room and that it is okay. The bottom line is you can not block the boys from entering their locker room. There was a story of a mother sending her two daughters into the male restroom. Three boys were entering the male restroom, and she blocked them because her daughters were there. The mother of the girls got into serious trouble because they were trespassing into another gender area. The police can not do anything about the boys entering. The same goes for the locker room at school.

Most people would respect that, but the bottom line is that you can not block a restroom or locker room. Most schools would go in this direction. The girls at that school would use the boys' locker room, and the visited girls' team would use the girls' locker room. Nothing could be done if a boy entered the boys' locker room with a girls' team in there. He would not be arrested. Most boys would go along with it because it just for a few hours.

At our pool, which is in the county where I live, the boys' and girls' changing rooms are next to each other, with a double door in the wall that separates them. A brownie group comes to the pool and uses the girls' changing room. Because of the large group, some will use the boys' changing room. A sign on the boys' changing room says that girls who are members will also use the boys' changing room. So, the double door between the changing room will be open for girls to use lockers, showers, and restrooms in the boys' changing room. This policy went into effect in January of 2024. We are a family swim center. You have to be a member to come here. There is no gym. All parents agree to these policies. All the boys and girls decided to do it, and their parents explained it in detail.
