Is it wrong to use a public bathroom while a member of the opposite sex is cleaning it?

This just happened at my work. The cleaning lady had two males use one of the urinals while she was moping the floor. She is visible shaken from this and it sparked a debate between the males and females about whether its appropriate or not to use the bathroom when its being cleaned by the opposite gender. This wasn't a single person bathroom but rather a large public bathroom. My perspective is if you have to go then you have to go.

I think it’s rude to use a space that someone is cleaning in general. Shows lack of respect for their cleaning, but to answer your question I think it’s rude to use the bathroom with a woman cleaning in there because it creates discomfort

I used to do that back when I worked at a McDonald’s. My female co workers and I were close so we both didn’t mind.
