I admit i've gone in a few before usually because the mens room is occupied and i desperately needed to pee lol. i male sure no one was in there of course. only in single person restrooms wbu?

Yes a lot of times and I never much cared who saw me or watched because when you gotta go you gotta go. As a teen we'd go to many concerts, carnival's, etc where the lines at the public bathroom especially woman would have long lines and many of us girls who really didn't care who would see our pussy would go without hesitation into the men's side many times having to use the urinal as the closed in toilet would be in use. Was use to the stare's, the jeers and comments some guys would make and yes it was very uncomfortable dropping shorts but holding them as not to touch the skanky floor and then position your puss in a way to pee in the urinal. Those things haven't changed yet even today.

Once at the bar because I really had to pee and the line was long asf so I just went in behind some guy and he laughed I went in the stall and quickly left.

I've done it bay accident like I was in a school and they were renovating and restrooms weren't labeled yet. In the beginning everyone just used any restroom but then people decided which ones were which but didn't let me knowt lol. So I was in the ladies restroom by accident. And the same thing happened to me later on when I was doing an IT class, there was a restroom that didn't have any sign and I just used it. This was a small restroom just for one person that you could lock so it wasn't as big of a deal. But I think I wasn't supposed to use it or something I don't know. I've never done it intentionally though I always found some kind of solution in difficult situations :).

Well let me just check out the law... Yes. The American with disabilities Act, have you heard of it? It may apply to this situation.

I'm sure you're aware that here in NYC & (now) NYS it's the LAW that IF you install ONE you must install TWO - 1 for each bathroom...

Oh? Really? TY. Yes my child and I would LOVE for you to let me use the women's restroom as soon as you make sure it's empty and "stand guard".

A couple of times lol. Same as you, I’ve used one- person women’s restrooms before when the men’s was taken.
If it’s a single person restroom, I don’t see why it matters. Why even gender them at all, at that point?

I’m trans and only about a year into my transition so I generally make the judgement call based on:

Ratio of women to men (like if there’s 1 dude and 10 women I’m probably going to use the men’s room unless the dudes a creep/im not safe). Though this will change as my transition progresses.

My comfort level with the men there/whether I think I’ll be safe in the bathroom is the primary deciding factor. I’m obviously not going to use the men’s room in right wing areas.

If I’m aware of any women that have been jumpy/uncomfortable around me in the first place I’m less likely to use the women’s room, at least while they’re in there.

At the end of the day it’s 99% about which one feels safest.

I’ve used single toilets (family restrooms) though would make my business quick as to not ‘withhold’ families from changing a diaper or just use the restroom & take turns with it.

Once in a blue moon for a single person bathroom if I was given permission. But just because a bathrooms occupied doesn’t make it okay to go into the womens id you’re a man or vice versa.

I don’t think I have. But the ladies owe us QUITE A FEW passes, after the amount of times I’ve been in line for the men’s room at a bar, and the door is closed like ten minutes, and four girls come piling out like “tee-hee…sowwyyyyyy”😬

Small town with 1 public bathroom. The mens was out of order.

A older woman was sympathetic enough to vouch for me and told me to just use the woman's bathroom in an obvious emergency.

She said she would gaurd for others, BUT I WAS SCARED when other women where coming in. The older woman ditched me! Lol I hid in the stall until it was clear. To not look weird.

It was a choice of bathroom or public urination charge

When at a convention, there were 7-10 times as many women as men, so they had security people routing women to the sparsely-used mens' rooms in the main hall. Us poor guys had to walk to the other end of the building to use the men's room down there.

A couple of times when there was a line for the men's restroom and none for the females when I really had to piss.

I've also been in a bathroom a couple of times when women came in to use it in an emergency. One even poped a squat in the urinal next to the one I was using.

All of these involved a bar. Outside of a bar. Never.
