Do you think people from 200,300,400 and 500 years or more would find inventions, technology and medicine from the 21st century to be shocking?

Yes absolutly. Just imagine a new cancer treatment is found, they would find it shocking we injected bassically poison into someone or try to burn it away with radiation. Both harmful towards the patient as well as the cancer.
Or imagine prothesis get more advanced, they would think we left them in their state without helping them get back into theit old life.

Just more obvious excamples but we dont even know what more avvanced medicine can help us with, that we didn't even know was possible.
So yes I hardly think so they look back at it and think it was cruel and why we didn't do it any othet way.

Yes, and not just from the machines, but their applications. Beethoven would be impressed by airplanes and telephones, but think also how odd it would seem to him that music has become such a major part of our everyday lives, now. No more needing a massive orchestra of expert musicians to hear an amazing song; it's now available to anyone, anywhere, with the push of a few buttons; storable on a tiny device you could accidentally swallow.
