Well they only have 1 reproductive system and they share most of the physical body so the body would be pregnant it is however unclear who the dominant sister is for reproduction. Sounds weird I'll explain a bit more when conjoined twins are born 1 is generally the dominant twin as in they provide the bulk of the organs for their twin depending on severity in their case being fused at the waist with 2 spines it would be presumed that the twin on the left is the dominant one as she is straighter spinally than her sister. Physically organ wise they have 3 lungs, 2 hearts, 2 gallbladder, 3 kidneys (2 left 1 right) 2 stomachs (means both have to eat food) 1 large and small intestine (means both stomachs link to the large intestine) rest of the organs according to there diagram are not duplicated.
