Politicians do whatever they can to be elected, and reelected, to stay in power. RFK Jr is a threat to Biden, because he will take votes away from Biden. Hence, Biden and the Democratic Party don't want RFK Jr to appear on the ballot.

DNC is actively suing in multiple states to keep RFK Jr. off the ballot, and I've run into a lot of Blue-MAGA's all over social media demanding RFK Jr. be kept of the ballot.

That's simply not true, Kennedy launched his presidential campaign as a Democrat, then switched to independent after the DNC started changing the primary rules rules. Yes the primary rules were constantly being changed, in Florida DNC went as far as to allow only Biden on the ballot. Kennedy is in this race to win, it's not his fault if Biden is a crappy candidate most voters don't want. FYI, no republican would choose a far left democrat as their running mate.
