If you make $60,000 or less especially in a big city then the economy is doing very bad as the cost of goods and services have risen and more expensive and a decent house in a decent neighborhoods is literally costing over a half of million dollars.

The potus doesn’t have as much effect on the USA economy as many perceive. Had a Republican won in 2000 it may be marginally better. However regarding macroeconomic factors such as inflation the world has been impacted post Covid so I bristle when anyone places all the blame on Biden.

This is why I wanted you to better define your question. Economies on a national scale are often cyclical so while something like housing may be surging right now under a different administration other parts could be more well off.
