Toddlers don’t give a shit about anything or anyone except themselves. They firmly are attached to their self of self and ‘what’s yours is mine and what’s mine is mine’ mentality.
They might make a face or be concerned about the way someone looks if they are physically disfigured but usually that goes away with something as simple as a smile.

Depends on how on their environment. One toddler given me the middle finger when he saw crossing the road because I belong to another tribe then his.

I think todlers will less judgement on the outside because they can't say much.

On the inside they will be even more nastily judgmental than teenagers and adults.
