If President Trump is somehow convicted and sentence to prison everyone knows it will be over some BS charge and it will be in a courtroom with a democrat DA, a democrat judge and a democrat jury.

In most cases he will be able to still be elected president and the circumstances will make more people want to vote for him if only to protect our democracy.
