The courts deal with facts, but people follow gossip, not truths. In public opinion, the woman maliciously gossiping will always destroy the man.

If he gets angry, he’ll guilty.

If he avoids the topic, he’s guilty.

Yes i know tell me about it. Social media has made this worse where they put on trial and convicted and sentence passed all without their presence. It is the toxic and failed concept of feminism that is to blame here. In the eyes of the law you are always innocent until proven guilty.

Life isn't fair. Just stay away from bad people and bad scenes. That's all you can do. You can be mad all you want but the world is going to remain unfair. All you can ever do is control what you do. It's not fair but that's the life time we live in.

in court, yes. In the court of public opinion, often not.
But Republicans tend to say "innocent until proven guilty" about republicans and "guilty!" about democrats and vice versa before any trial or even evidence is provided.
