It would very much depend on who, and more importantly why. If the person or persons posed a legitimate threat then fair play however going to need concrete evidence of that not some "they just are trust me bro" bullshit.
Of course not. That would not make him any better than his opponents.
The then-President did not declassify the documents. There is a complete process with oversight behind it. Thinking about it while sitting on a Golden toilet is not it.
He is not mentally retarded but he is mentally ill. One of his disorders renders him incapable of impulse control or of exercising reasonable judgment. You can tell he has an impulse disorder by the way he keeps antagonizing Judges who have the power to really harm him. The same thing is also indicative of his very bad judgment. There are numerous other examples of both of these problems, and they are not his only problems.
Yes, that is true. Neither is any of the stuff the democrats are dragging him through the legal system over. It is all done because thier guy will definitely lose the election unless the press cover for him and the DOJ keeps his opponent busy. even though they are doing all that it still is not looking good for "The Big Guy"
So, the fake elector scheme was nothing important, in your eyes? You must be crazy. If it's all just a Democratic fantasy, then why are GOP states and prosecutors equally invested in the prosecution?

@DryGermanGuy They were not "Fake Electors" they were alternate electors that would be necessary if the results were overturned.
A couple of states are already prosecuting the fake electors. Seems your legal opinion is false.
Quote:
The Arizona charges come after a string of indictments against fake electors in other states.
In December, a Nevada grand jury indicted six Republicans on felony charges of offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged instrument in connection with false election certificates. They have pleaded not guilty.
Michigan’s Attorney General in July filed felony charges that included forgery and conspiracy to commit election forgery against 16 Republican fake electors. One had charges dropped after reaching a cooperation deal, and the 15 remaining defendants have pleaded not guilty.
Three fake electors also have been charged in Georgia alongside Trump and others in a sweeping indictment accusing them of participating in a wide-ranging scheme to illegally overturn the results. They have pleaded not guilty.
In Wisconsin, 10 Republicans who posed as electors settled a civil lawsuit, admitting their actions were part of an effort to overturn Biden’s victory. There is no known criminal investigation in Wisconsin.
