What should happen to the NY Senator who passed "Trump Assault Law" acknowledges it was unconstitutional now that he too was so charged?

The State of New York passed a "sexual assault law" to allow women for a limited time (because they know how out of control this will get) of a year (conveniently right before 2024 election) to sexual assault claims without evidence decades afterwords.

Remember as theses "assaults" conveniently take place behind closed doors. After only a few months all physical evidence is basically gone. Which is why there is a stature of limitations.

In Trump's case as with most others more than a year old its really just Carol's word vs Trump's. Carol can't name the day, or even year when this supposedly "Traumatic" assault happened some 30+ years ago and never until then reported, and of course Trump doesn't even remember her.

You know despite Carol spending nearly the entire intervening 30 years as a public figure "giving advice" to other people about such things.

Regardless it is impossible for any man to prove his innocence particularly to an all democrat and mostly #metoo New York jury that that just takes her word over yours for clear ideological and political reasons.

Naturally more than 2500 lawsuits have been filed by such opportunistic women to take advantage of this get free money card.

This of course is yet anther example why men should never be alone with women least of all in places like New York. You have no idea what kind of nut case she is much less 30 years from now.

So now finally one women decides to go after one of the auther's money

Does senator Kevin Parker at least deserve to share the fate of thousands of other innocent men he put thou this?
