After Trump was found liable for the sexual assault and liable for $5 million dollars. Should an DA now be allowed to charge Trump criminally using evidence from the Civil suit?

he'd probably have fewer problems if he spoke more carefully. but that's not easy.

can you imagine the # of people he's met, the females drooling over him over the decades? He was once "the man" in nyc, Mrs. America Pageant, etc.. he caught some attractive wives.

I'd say no, pointless. listen to her testimony and interview, she's just upset he denied it. if he had invited her to be his girlfriend, she'd have started drooling 30 years ago.

There probably will be other people coming forward anyway, there usually is when one person comes out.
With sexual assault, there's no statue of limitations. That's why Bill Cosby wasn't able to get the charges thrown out.
There are time-sensitive laws after charges have been filed, and since this was a civil case, it probably won't go any further.

An unbiased person would look at him as someone who committed leud sex acts, rather than looking at it from a political point of view.
I've seen a lot of questions on here where people bring politics into it. I've left a couple replies on some other questions saying forget he's Donald Trump and think of him as an everyday person who committed some of the most atrocious sexual acts.

Other woman are going to come forward for sure. There's no excuse for treating woman like that. None.

The time limit to file charges regarding the sexual assault/rape of E. Jean Carroll expired long-ago.

It was only because of a recent (2022) New York State law ("Adult Survivors Act") that should could even sue him in civil court over this. That law will expire within 6 months.

I don't see any hope for a conviction. Most jurors will have made their minds up before the trial - very few americans are neutral on Trump, but a conviction needs all of them. There is no physical evidence, and its so long ago that memories of other witnesses will not be very good.

It seems very unlikely a jury would be convinced. Doesn't mean it didn't happen, just that its hard to proove

I think you might have a statute of limitations issue and the standard for criminal prosecution is very different from a civil trial. Just to give one example, the plaintiff could not even say what year the rape she alleged occurred.

An attempt to criminally prosecute Trump for this would probably result in a lawsuit for malicious prosecution.
