No competent lawyer would let him get up there. He is all talk. He wants to talk publicly because he can lie freely to the media and to the public. He says all this in court and he wouldn't make it one sentence without purjuring himself. He just wants to run his mouth for his base. Zero chance his lawyer lets him get up there so he can be saved from himself. There's a reason he didn't testify in his civil case. He would hilariously destroy himself.

You really have no clue how the court system works, do you? Judges encourage people to testify, because self-representation is such a strong right.

Not in this case where th judge is obviously bias against Trump and wants to see him recieve a guilty verdict and end up in jail. Judges are supposed to be impartial. This one is not.

I haven't seen a case of the judge being biased, but this is a trial by jury the ultimate decision is theirs.
