I don't know. They have a lot of gangs. I have a guidebook, it's a few decades old that warns of rapists and kids throwing rocks at tourists. I still saw the same warnings online a few years ago. One even said American Samoa people have no concept of private property and that includes other men's wives and girlfriends. Somewhere in the Tonga chapter of my guidebook, it warns of a specific rapist who roams one of the islands and the locals don't do anything, because it's normal there. But again, that book is a few decades old, but from stuff I read within the last decade, not much has changed. Some may still beat you up for using certain beaches or entering certain villages.

I have communicated with them all type of ways (including in person). Yeah I'm from Cali. So Cal. Ton of them here. You already knew there is a lot in the West Coast huh? Lol.
