america has such amazing ideas some unique:

this hater in picture below, left out the MOST important element in courts, the jury! which is unique to American justice.

a jury tests believe-ability in accusations and evidence.

is it best? try to cause doubt. popularity? to mock

apparently they were very angry that courts keep concluded: the accusations to trump were baseless, so they try to generate doubt and mock the legal system but...

in a twisted way... not mentioned jury, why so twisted?

and another element:

miranda rights "you hav right to attorney. if you can't afford, you will get one anyway". everyone watched videos! we hav a great system if it wouldn't be corrupted by activist judges...

The jury can also be bias as well. I think I heard that it only takes 1 jury member to disagree with the rest in order for the decision to not go forward or something like that? I’m NY where the trials are taking place it is a democrat stronghold city like all of the other cities in the country. Majority of those on the jury most definitely have TDS either that or they just don’t like Trump for whatever reason or they’re easily swayed and don’t care at all what happens. 1 could probably believe regardless of what happens in this trial it wouldn’t affect his life at all and would just agree with the rest who have TDS or some ridiculous unreasonable reason to hate Trump’s guts. Didn’t some members of the jury admit they weren’t… what’s the word used that means too bias against the defendant to make it a fair and honest decision?

I don't believe they are using Trump's case as propaganda.
Trump's case is setting a precedent for future court cases.

This is a travesty and if it can happen to a former president then it can happen to anyone!
They can't even name his actual crime, yet he's in court everyday.

The to put a gag order on someone so they can't tell anyone how the court is abusing them and making up things as they go along.
It's a load of B. S!!!

It’s an outlier, not precedent. As I said it’s not an issue with the judicial system, it’s only blown up because Trump is running for president.

If Trump wasn’t seeking the nomination would people still be attacking the system?

The system is working as designed. Trump is innocent until proven guilty. If there was anything illegal about what’s being done or its interference they would have already sent Trump to jail.
