+1 yBecause many countries are sock puppets to the USA and won't stand up to the dictators. The USA have been sponging of society for to long now and well done to the Asian nations that stand up to them. The American companies also fail to pay their fair share of tax in other countries especially tech companies such as Apple, Facebook, Google and Amazon.
But the USA make money by other illegal methods by securing contracts by blackmail and bribery and espionage. They also create defects in rival companies products.

why do we do it? I don't know? are we blackmailed? if we're a superpower, then why are we in debt? and debt rising and rising and we don't spend but give away all of our money?

maybe we don't need world domination like many rulers in the past, but we're israel's bitch. a world police for israel. when the ukraine was first attacked. the outcry was that jews were being attacked in the ukraine and that was the reason! the public didn't bite though. it might've aired for one week. i'm not sure if it still exists?
why would israel need "our money"? because they print the money

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yMost of the world would never be able to pay back the Trillions and trillions of dollars that the US has spent outside its own borders and national interests. Russia finally paid off its debt to the central bankers in Switzerland, the Russian federation also forgave all African countries the 30 billion they still owed Russia. Probably why NATO want's to eliminate them now. They have been getting credit for what julian assange, wikileaks, kim dotcom, and seth rich were ultimately responsible for.
No different then Jesus beating up the central bank money changers in the temple. If authority is challenged, people pay the consequences. Look at JFK for creating $50 billion debt free red stamp $5 notes, wanting to share advanced UFO research with the USSR and didn't want Israel to have Nuclear weapons even though they got them anyways; though they still say that they don't have anything.
10 Reply487 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. A large number. Here is the list of foreign investment into the US 2020-22
https://apps.bea.gov/international/xls/fdius-current/fdius-detailed-country-2020-2022.xlsx
they quote
The foreign direct investment in the United States position increased $216.8 billion to $5.25 trillion at the end of 2022 from $5.04 trillion at the end of 2021. The increase mainly reflected a $142.2 billion increase in the position from Europe, with the largest increases from the United Kingdom and Germany. By industry, affiliates in manufacturing and wholesale trade accounted for the majority of the increase.

m +1 yPick any country that has major manufacturing deals with US companies. This can be infrastructure, US built products, Defence procurement such as Polands $2b deal for air defence, the F35 program. All that money spent by a countries government comes from its taxes raised from those taxed.

Explain exactly how, the US has given tax money to Australia, UK, Greece, Norway
Show me evidence and links of the US giving the Australians your taxes - +1 y
@Juxtapose does the US give money to Australia? It’s not really a hard fucking question. Does it give it to Norway?
- +1 y
Jesus you are dense. It's so easy to Google this shit.
"The U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has provided humanitarian assistance to Australia in the past. For example, in 2017, USAID provided $100,000 to help with wildfire relief efforts and sent staff to Australia to help with assessments and response activities." - +1 y
Oh wow with the insults, go jog on
- +1 y
@Juxtapose wow $100k
What about Norway then?
I would hazard a guess that the AUKUS program, F35 dwarves that $100k
So your US taxes raised a huge $100k versus Australian taxing its citizens for AUD $ 14 - 16 billion Australian dollars.
As I said look at things like F35 program, which has a fairly global purchase order. - +1 y
@Juxtapose and the number of gun deaths in Australia is?
The land of the free where it is paid for in the deaths of Children, can’t beat it and don’t even have to make it up.
Oh the availability of abortion,
I really would not slag off other countries, there are very few countries that can finger point at anyone, my own included, it’s shit, I accept it, however I am fairly confident no mass shootings are likely, maybe every 20 years or so. - +1 y
So what are you going to do about cars? You can save lives by taking away the freedom to drive. Automobiles kill so many people, think of all those children that die in those car crashes! How can you allow driving you monster?
Why? Because the cost is worth it to you. The same deal with guns. Easy - +1 y
@Juxtapose we don’t have cars as part of our freedoms, they are simply an accepted form of transport, that people die in road accidents is accepted globally, there are rules and regulations.
You lot however are relatively okay after I really don’t know how many mass shootings, that not only will you keep them (not that you can actually do anything) but you will allow even more to be sold.
There is a thing called NCAP it is a standard to reduce deaths on the road, speed limits, drink driving laws, some countries with zero tolerance to drinking, drug driving.
I don’t really care overly much it’s not our kids being killed by mass shootings, something you live with.
For the EU there were about 20k road deaths in 2023, for the US there were circa 42000 gun deaths and 44,000 road deaths in 2023.
There are around 25 million gun owners with circa 80 million firearms, resulting in 6,700 deaths in the EU. That’s 80 million firearms. - +1 y
@rebelinsteel. Look at the population difference when comparing road deaths.
And how convenient to include suicides to inflate gun violence. You people are bombarded with propaganda about gun deaths and "mass shootings" to make you feel good about living in a nanny state. It's even illegal for you to defend yourselves with any objects, let alone guns. - +1 y
Yes very true I forgot to include populations
The EU population is 741,716,264 persons with 20k road deaths for 2023
The US population is 341,620,837 with 44000 road deaths for 2023
So the EU has over double the population of the US but half the road deaths.
Thanks for pointing that out.
www.worldometers.info/.../
www.worldometers.info/.../
Removing the suicides from the EU leaves 1000 deaths, 5000 were suicides
vlaamsvredesinstituut.eu/.../...d_deaths_in_eu.pdf - +1 y
Actually yes, driving is a privilege that is arguably less important than your right to defend yourself. The government can take away your ability to drive and they could theoretically vote to disallow cars. You feel like that is unjust? You would be right. Because freedom comes before the nanny state.
Also @Lliam made some good points. Look at the population and stop inflating gun deaths with suicides. We all know that you guys are super oppressed when it comes to self defense. - +1 y
@Juxtapose I looked at the population, EU over double the population with half the road deaths, the US half the population and double the road deaths, your point about populations is?

Problem of Americans is, they just don't see a penny out of it. The entire profit is swallowed by their 1%.00 Reply- 7.4K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.

Many inflate currencies and buy usa stuff… thatsa. Form of taxation.
Usa is in privileged position to try amd hold together an order that is fading faster.00 Reply - 3.5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yMany, if you count tax breaks for American companies as well.
If companies like apple and amazon doesn't pay taxes but still bring home hundred million $$$$$ in profits, you could say its sending millions of dollars to the US. You just have to tax those companies and not let a handfull of people get rich from this foreign money.00 Reply - 345 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yUnited States and Eritrea Africa are the only two counties of the almost 200 in the world that tax citizens out of their own countries. So effectively unless the person owns a business in the USA I believe the answer is 0.
