White people rarely talk about black people. It's just not that common. We talk more about regular things. It just doesn't come up like black people think it does.

I read a question like this before, mostly because of the history between the two. Like in the past slaves were mostly black in some states before the slavery part was made illegal. And also some intentional shootings against the blacks. Hope this helps!

In fact, there's quite a few reasons: 1) there's a victim mentality in their culture (ever wonder why black men call other black men "brotha"?) It's to fight the "power.:" 2) there's a persistent belief that the world is out to get them (we fired a black person recently and they kept believing it was because they were black when in reality they never show up on time for the past 3 months), 3) Racist pricks (there are cops, rednecks, people, etc that do target them), and 4) It's becoming culturally acceptable to blame white folks for EVERYTHING (I'm not even white and it annoys the hell outta me because apart from old geysers, CURRENT white folk generations had NOTHING to do with their ancestors previous crimes against black folks).

This is such a played out trope. The majority of most large city police departments is now minority. Both LAPD & NYPD have a greater than 51% of ethnic minorities, and this doesn’t even factor in the number of white who are female, religious, or LGBTQ minorities. The idea that police departments are bastions of white, make, redneck, racism is not even credible anymore.
