Without AC, I'm sure there will be deaths.
I'm sure this will be a boost to the narrative of too much CO2 in the atmosphere caused by humans.
However, I'm sure it's much cooler out in the countryside and away from the cities.00 Reply

It is the sun's radiant heat energy that will kill you.
The startling difference is how easily things catch on fire, at 40 degrees, 45 degrees and at 50 degrees. At 45 and 50 it is much different to 40.

They should run cold water in a tub and lay in it, or get a container and put their feet in cold water if they don't have air conditioning. That helps a lot.

Maybe they can do that, but many of them don't even have water to drink.

u +1 yThat’s absolutely horrific. I experienced 40 degrees and it was almost unbearable for any lengthier time. They have to re-green their cities urgently, like we do.
01 Reply- +1 y
Yes, the heat is unbearable and most of their homes don't have air conditioning.
12.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. It's called authentic climate change. The climate is always changing. The poles may melt in 1000 years and Chicago may be under two miles of ice in 30,000 years.

01 Reply- +1 y
The temperature is frighteningly high
+1 yThat aside from up in the mountains, it'd be shocking if it was below fifty degrees. I mean, look at where India IS.

+1 yWow, that’s pretty hot considering 50°C is 122°F , probably a lot of people will die from heat exposure, we are definitely having a climate change

Yes, people have died from this

@FunkyMonkee Okay
- +1 y
@FunkyMonkee well I knew your age was wrong but I didn’t know it was that far off , that makes you 123 years old
- +1 y
Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.
- +1 y
Are you talking about your age?
- +1 y
No I’m just messing with him and having fun with him , he doesn’t believe in climate change is what he was insinuating to you and I
- +1 y
Oh, I understand. The global climate is changing, which is a bad phenomenon.
- +1 y
It’s definitely changing, but it’s actually a normal thing to be happening, but man has moved it along a little quicker. The planet goes to cycles and now we’re going through the hot climate cycle, it’s so obvious because when I was a kid, the canals used to freeze over so much that we could walk on them but now you’re lucky if a bird could walk on them when the little bit of ice that appears on them
- +1 y
Yes, we just accelerated its change.
- +1 y
The world is overpopulated maybe it’s just mother nature trying to get rid of us
- +1 y
Maybe it’s just because technology is constantly developing, causing damage to nature in various ways.
- +1 y
it all contributes

Right! Whatever!!
Back in the `70's they told us we were about to hit another ice age! Never happened!
Back in the `90's, the world was ending in 10 or 12 years. We're still here!
In 1999, it was the Y2K scare that was gonna end the world and never happened.
3 years ago, covid was gonna kill us all! Never happened! Rather than tell us that it was very easily cured and that Lord Fauci was a huge bullshitter pulling lies out of his ass, they made you believe that some face diaper, 6 ' distancing and some bogus vax's that actually DID kill and disable people, was gonna keep you from getting it!
Now, it's climate change which has been proven to be a load of bullshit!!
When will you stop falling for all the lies the media tells you?
Make fun of me all you want but I'M the one laughing my ass off at YOU and all the other stupid people that believe the bullshit and beg for more!
Have you ever noticed that huge ball of light in the sky? We call it, the Sun! The Sun goes through phases. For a while, it gets hotter than normal, for another while, it gets cooler than normal. These happen every so often at regular intervals. At the moment, it's going through a heating up phase! THAT'S why things are a bit hotter, here, now! Things are also hotter on Jupiter! So, how is it out car exhausts and cow farts are heating up Jupiter? - +1 y
Yeah, we were fed that over-population bullshit back in the `70's, too. Remember the movie, "Soylent Green"? 50 years later and people are still dying just about as fast as they are being born so, there's no cause for a population alarm, either.
- +1 y
@FunkyMonkee Wether it’s climate change or not and whether it’s manmade or not it’s definitely hotter than what it used to be so i guess we will see what happens if it gets worse or better in the next decade
- +1 y
I haven't noticed it being hotter. 2 weeks ago, I needed to turn the furnace back on for a few nights and I've been known to walk barefoot in the snow and wear shorts in the dead of winter! Last year, by this time, it was into the 80's almost every day!
- +1 y
@FunkyMonkee it was 85 degrees here on Long Island yesterday and 95 in Raleigh since I have a friend there, every winter here has been pretty mild for quite a few years now, not sure where you live but must be further north than me
- +1 y
I guess I'm about 4 hours west of yinz.
True, the past few winters weren't really bad but, a few years ago, it was so cold, I was on my way to work one morning, not even a mile from my house, and I was so frozen I was ready to collapse in the snow and just die by the time I was a block away from the building. I've been in the same house all my life and have NEVER been so cold before!! And I don't even bother wearing a sweater outside unless it dips below 40. - +1 y
@FunkyMonkee was about five years ago the last time it was really cold here
