Would you say -63°C is cold?

-63C is about -80F. At that temperature exposed skin can freeze pretty quickly. If you have wind it can freeze in freeze quicker, almost instantly. You can throw a cup of water into the air and it instantly turns to snow. Not a good place for a human to be.
ya, that is a bit brisk, it converts to -84F. The coldest that I have fought a fire was -26F below zero with a 20ish+ mph wind.
Took about 14 hours to put out, and almost a week to get everything thawed out.
I think we would have been SOL at that temp, but who knows, once you get the water flowing you don't stop or you are screwed.
I live in the upper Midwest of the United States. We're known for our harsh winters, and let me tell you -63 is bite ass cold!🥶 very seldom does it ever get that cold here and only with the wind chill. And only for short stretches , thank God!
