Are you referring to people on this site or in general? As for the example you give perhaps they are just insecure and seeking reassurance. That is the most likely culprit. The better question is what has got you so triggered that you busted your caps lock key off your keyboard. I noticed you only type in all caps. What if someone found that stupid like you find some people's questions stupid? My point is don't get triggered so easily by what others do. Simply move on from the question if you don't like it. Other people that have some common decency to not call people stupid and get upset at the small things will surely answer the question. You don't have to. Rest assured there are other members of this site that will gladly lend an opinion.
