How do you deal with stupidity?

It depends. I have to assess HOW stupid we're talking here... On the scale to 5 I can usually talk some sense into a 1-2 level stupid person (who is perhaps simply ignorant of some detail and willing to learn). 3-4 is grating on the nerves and sometimes I can walk away but sometimes I'm stuck with that person for work. 5? SMH and walk away. I'm no saint.

I try to avoid stupid people as much as possible. Because you're never going to change them or their views on things.

The thing about stupidity is, it's like being dead. You won't know it and everyone around you are the ones dealing with it.

Laugh and mostly ignore but I do tell them they're wasting my time. I used to lose my shit but now I use these tools to entertain myself. My SO says it's cruel and arrogant and maybe she's right but it's better than them effecting my mood. I get satisfaction/ karmic justice from fucking with the dimwits.

I would say avoid them, however at times I do feel the need to poke them on here. In real life I do avoid them, as it’s draining dealing with them. Humour seems to just fly over their heads.

Simply don't. Ignore and move on. It's hard to have a disagreement with a smart person but it's impossible to have a disagreement with a delusional person so is best not to give them a reason to act even more delusional.
