@Dongie I don't believe there has been a true attempt to combat drugs or drug use.

We did the D. A. R. E program in 5th grade for a few weeks or so (who knows maybe it was just a week) then never discussed the issue much again the rest of grade school. At least from my own experience. I think it should be done every year in middle school and high school, and in more detail than we covered in 5th grade.

The war on drugs was a complete and absolute failure. The only thing it did was have urban police eviscerate civil rights for minorities and incarcerate 2 million mostly men, and give birth to the privatized prison industrial complex.
I don't have the answer for the supply problem other than the wrong one - legalize, regulate and tax. I don't know fellas.
