What are your thoughts on this protest in London?

I believe extremism is detrimental. I have been seeing questions on Quora about forcing the British to eat halal food during Ramzan and many similar questions. While diversity is good, people should try to assimilate to the dominant culture of any country.

Succinctly expressed, immigrants should respect and adopt British cultural values.

Even if the Muslims weren't a bunch of arrogant rape-zombies with a cosmic entitlement complex and a history of getting their way through tyranny and violence, which they absolutely are, this city would still be grossly overpopulated.

The fact is at this point BOTH political extremes are on their side.
The Tories have been shipping them in because they're a bunch of rich cunts, and refugees mean cheap labour and more competition for housing, which means more passive income for the rich to get richer and the poor to become impoverished and homeless. Furthermore they've been selling off chunks of London to the Qatar Investment Authority, literally selling off our city to these middle-eastern scumbags so they can get richer at our expense.
And on the flipside, the Labour idiots just lap up all that shit about Muslims being an oppressed minority and actively help them in taking over the country... even though the Muslims, if they ever got power, would immediately start rounding up and executing all the other minorities that Labour professes to support. They are literally engaging in self-sabotage by teaming up with the zombie scum.

So ultimately it is playing out the same way it always is:
The Left Wing are horribly and loudly incompetent, and the Right Wing are greedy and myopic to the level of outright maliciousness.
And as usual it is the working class (and below) people of Britain who suffer the most.

Both sides need to compromise.

Yes, to democracy, to accepting how the people live in the country, but also yes to accepting that some people go to church, some to temple, some to mosque, and, honestly, many to none of the above. People are generally good, no matter what their religion or lack of it is, but we should all be aware of the people who aren't who use us against each other for power or profit.

People come to the UK (and other European countries) because they do have democracy and freedom of religion.

My opinion is that Halal and Kosher were both ways to keep people alive and healthy (like saying "god" wants toilets a safe distance away from camp), but they really meant the most humane method of slaughter available and shouldn't have been taken quite so literally.

About 70%ish of British sheep go to halal slaughter and about 20% of chicken. Cows are less than 10%. Remember not all of this is destined for the Muslim Market and a lot ends up in shops.

Right now I feel as if the middle eastern muslims have had enough chances to change. Every time they get the power to do so they discriminate against Jews and Christians. There are of course good Middle Eastern Muslims as well, but you can't expect Israel not to defend itself on their account.
