Is Joe Biden Photoshopped?

On June 10th Joe Biden hosted a Juneteenth celebration that included a bearded man in a sequined dress and newly minted millionaire Philonise Floyd. brother of democrat hero George Floyd. It looks like Biden has been Photoshopped in the picture.

Juneteenth is a relatively new holiday and Biden was probably trying to take it all in. If you want an example of someone losing it, try Trump when told a crowd during a salute to America speech a few years ago that the Continental Congress created an army and named it after George Washington (they didn't). That was followed by ""Our Army manned the air, it rammed the ramparts, it took over the airports, it did everything it had to do, and at Fort McHenry, under the rocket's red glare it had nothing but victory." Pretty good to have airports and to man the air, all before planes were invented. For a more recent example, there is his story he told during his recent Las Vegas rally. He asked about the efficacy of electric batteries in water-faring vessels. He continued and it truly went off the rails.

“So I said, ‘Let me ask you a question,’” Trump told the crowd. “And he said, ‘Nobody ever asked this question.’ And it must be because of MIT. My relationship to MIT. Very smart. He goes. I say, “What would happen if the boat sank from its weight? And you’re in the boat and you have this tremendously powerful battery, and the battery is now underwater, and there’s a shark that’s approximately 10 yards over there.”

Then, a quick sidenote: “By the way, a lot of shark attacks lately. You notice that? A lot of shark. I watch some guys justifying it today. ‘Well, they weren’t really that angry. They bit off the young lady’s leg because of the fact that they were—they were not hungry, but they misunderstood what-who she was.’ These people are crazy.”

And back to the story.

“He said, ‘There’s no problem with sharks. They just didn’t really understand a young woman swimming. No really got decimated and other people too, a lot of shark attacks,’” Trump recalled, his voice pitching. “So I said, ‘So there’s a shark 10 yards away from the boat, 10 yards or here. Do I get electrocuted? If the boat is sinking, water goes over the battery, the boat is sinking. Do I stay on top of the boat and get electrocuted? Or do I jump over by the shark and not get electrocuted?”

You can find the whole episode at several locations on the web. It got even weirder. Trump is much more degenerated than Biden!

I don't know if he was inserted into that video. I doubt it. But seeing him there, at Normandy and other functions, he's a zombie. He looks animatronic.

I have a feeling that he's going to become incapacitated (he already is) and that the Democrats are waiting until the last minute to pull him and run Michael, I mean Michelle, Obama in his place. A black, female, transgender is their logical choice for "Commander in Chief".

Clever reply. But it looked to me like somebody took a video and took a still photo of Biden and somehow super imposed it on the crowd.
