Trending & News There are a few hospitals which provide free services, like St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Shriner's Hospital but even they have had some scandals that would cause me concern. Other hospitals charge $20-30 for two tablets of ibuprofen and I don't believe in giving charity to thieves.
I would stand behind Shriners Hospitals
Everything around us is a design, a plan. When I see all these ads asking for money whether it’s to feed starving children in Africa, Holocaust survivors needing food, etc, I don’t think it all goes to what they say it does. The same w global warming. I tend to think some of these are scams to get these filthy, corrupt people richer. Not all, but I think there are some. War is part of this whole equation. It’s supposedly good for the economy. So when you can find someone to go to war w you create an enemy. There’s countries getting money to feed the starving from these world banks, but those countries are locking these people up, keeping the money. I think there’s a cure for pretty much every sickness, but it’s a trillion dollar industry that makes certain people rich. Listen to a book called “The creature from Jekyll Island.” It explains a lot of this. Why we have the federal reserve. Why there will always be war, starving people, homeless, etc.
I don't mind if it's a reputable organization, if I were to watch ads. YouTube has a premium version or enable an add-blocker on your browser. I do dislike pharmaceutical ads on live TV
I have YouTube premium so I don’t see ads. I also refuse to be suckered into making donations online.

The Federal government does indeed pay hospitals for certain programs and services, and they withhold funds from those that choose not to offer certain services. Some hospitals, such as St. Jude Children's Hospital, rely heavily on donations because their services are free.
Of course the US spends too much money on the military budget; we're a military complex nation. You want to blame someone for that, look at who you elect to represent you. If you want to change that, stop voting for the same old shitty people.
It's no mystery 60% of all government spending goes into the military. If you try to audit the military half of it is classified. So I get where you're coming from.
The reality is bragging how much we spend on the military is a form of military defense. So i can't comprehend why to secretly get more for any reason. So hospitals directly asking for donations is a safe thing for me.
The problem with hospital donations is they become dependent on this funding " Royal Children's hospital " in Australia , has a day , 1 day every year , it started with noble intent , but now its become a event , they are addicted , celebrities the entire gamit " We are doing it for the kids " , they are that addicted to the day , that the actual day has its own CEO , all good will in my view is lost.
I don't pay attention to any of the ads and kill them as soon as possible! I especially don't like the bullshitters asking for money to find a cure for cancer!! There's been hundreds of known natural cures for at least a century!! Those motherfuckers are only gonna pocket the money you send them!!
I don’t see ads anymore cause I have youtube premium. So I don’t know what ads are most prevalent now.
That being said, if hospitals are asking for donations I personally would say they could go fuck themselves. They already overcharge to hell for services
What the fuck are you talking about?
Nurses make 6 figure salaries. And they’re the lowest paid medical workers. Doctors get paid even more
If you’re talking about youtubers. People need to realize that working as a YouTuber is not gonna pay as well unless you have hundreds and thousands of views per video. Not to mention how easily your video can be demonetized.
Is it the patient’s fault or their determination how much the utility bills are? Or is it the hospital’s responsibility to budget properly?
Once again. It’s their responsibility to budget.
If they aren’t seeing revenue. Maybe cut staff. Like every other business in all industry does
If they aren’t seeing revenue… what does that mean about the amount of patient capacity… you’re really stupid man. Stop talking
I've been using adblockers for years so who knows.
But I don't think that would show here as NHS is already funded by Taxes.
Most hospitals here are for profit institutions that make their money off of other's misfortunes. I'm not going to donate.
So the CEO can get a raise and the stock holders can see more profits?
No thanks.
I think it's one of the only ways they can afford to buy new equipment and/or maintain existing equipment.
I don't see YouTube ads. But in this specific case if they can afford to buy an expensive YouTube ad they don't need my money.
I don't see Youtube ads. If a Youtube ad somehow makes it past all my levels of blocking and starts to play, I close the window within the first second.
St Jude Children's Hospital is my favorite charity.
I want to roll my eyes when I see Ad's like that ik a lot of the donations don't even go the sick but to the big CEO's and their logo's.
I'm reminded once again of what a pompous bureaucratic disaster AbominationCare is.
I never donate money to any chairty unless I know the person who is in charge of it. I have seen too many scams especially now to donate without knowing where the money is going.
I do not see any YouTube ads as i use a ad blocker from Google Chrome
reduce your prices 20 fold and i actually might consider a donation.
I block all ads but I wouldn't think anything of it. Most charities scam money.
Its government hypocrisy! They have a lot of money to kill but much less to let live
I find 100% of YouTube ads annoying.
my YouTube has never had ads
i neverr see those ads.
Does youtube have ads?
:D
Sucks to be them
I think Good Luck
Its unseemly and gross.
I haven't seen one of those.
"Where is the skip button"
