Do you think about organizations that send suicide kits to healthy adults?

I was reading about this physically healthy but mentally ill 29 year old Dutch woman named Zoraya ter Beek who was killed by assisted suicide. She didn't use a do-it-yourself kit but the article there's some scumbag organizations that will send healthy adults suicide kits. The majority of people using these do-it-yourself suicide kits are not terminally ill. Shouldn't that be illegal? Isn't being an accessory to a suicide a crime?

There was a local kid that committed suicide while his girlfriend told him not to chicken out and finish the job. I think that she got some jail time for this. I imagine that encouraging suicide like that would have legal consequences.

I'd say no to it's illegal classification
By the time you are ordering a kit you've thought about it and maybe been unsuccessful in more conventional methods
