Why are older women so catty towards younger women?

This is anecdotal! But from experience, it feels like *some* older women are really rude to me. I've also experienced issues from girls my age.

When I kill them with kindness, they warm up to me. But I'm really sick and tired of having to prove myself as "safe" and not trying to steal whatever guy they have their eyes on.

Even when I'm wearing something normal, they'll eye me "up and down" me. Or be really snide and passive aggressive.

Comments about how their legs aren't "as petite as mine" even though I'm overweight. Or being super cold to me but trying to touch a guy. As if we were competing?

I honestly don't think I'm hot. Or super model hot. No offense, but I'm not even white/tall/super skinny. Makes me wonder why people would act this way. I don't see anything in myself.

In my experience at 25 - 30 women get really catty about how the under 24's are dressing.

I was walking in the city with a retiring stripper and she noticed me a little gobsmacked at how well defined a girl's pussy was in the clothes she was wearing. I think that’s just everyone’s experience to a degree. Once they realize you’re not a threat to them in any way, they relax. A lot of people just don’t like those who are unfamiliar.
