Well, naturally there are going to be several, but the big one is: you're competition. A great many people, men and women alike, have been duped into thinking that biological rules don't apply if you, with enough force, want them not to. Women's sexual appeal, and the consequent social power that comes with it, is (for obvious evolutionary reasons) front-loaded; it falls as men's rises. A single woman moving into middle age is typically going to be looking at the men her age who're laden with resources and social status, but those men, now in a much better position than they were ten years ago, are going to be looking at the young twentysomethings.
Of course, raw attraction isn't everything, and hell, maybe the older women will get together with the younger men the young women don't want, and everyone'll be happy- if they're able to make peace with what they do have, and not what they don't.
Consider Leonardo DiCaprio, who famously only dates women under 25. This earns him MUCH derision from women who've aged out of his interest, since he's VERY high-status and quite wealthy. That he and the women he's dated are all consenting adults doesn't matter; he's declared himself uninterested in them, and entitlement is a devil to struggle against.
But consider Leo back in the days of Titanic. The movie made, adjusting for inflation, four and a third BILLION dollars, and it wasn't for its plot, but for its hunky young star, fantasized about by millions of horny middle-aged women. All good so far as it goes- it's not like horny middle-aged dudes aren't lusting after young starlets, after all. But men don't get the social leeway women do when it comes to acting inappropriately in sexual matters, and if even HALF of the stories I've heard about the attention he got are true, it demonstrates a remarkable lack of self-awareness (and, frankly, hypocrisy) to say that HE has to date women his own age, but women aren't held to the same standard. It's not hard to see why someone in his position would be altogether put off women past their early prime- assuming that's what his motivation is.
All this probably makes those women seem shallow, vapid, and animalistic, and for good reason- but that's how they're acting. There's nothing stopping them- or you- from avoiding the mess altogether and simply having better priorities than status and wealth.
Probably has to do w the fact that older men tend to like younger women. As they get older, although they may have been hit at one time, they tend to phase out. So the attention they used to get isn’t as frequent as it used to be, sometimes none at all. I’m sure there’s a lot more behind it than just what I said. But I think that’s a big part of it. Maybe they’re concerned w who you date cause they see how things turned out for them when they dated “bad boys” or something like that. Maybe some of them were dumped for a younger woman. But basically new replacing old.
Older women know their physical beauty has/had a shelf life.
I'm not going to argue about this. I didn't say women didn't have other value. But some women put only effort into their physical attractiveness. So when it ultimately fails them they have NOTHING ELSE to fall back on. They know young men do not want them (maybe for a short roll) but the number of older guys that want them is very limited. And not only is the older woman bitter that a younger woman still has something that she simply CANNOT match. But she's sniping what few options she has left.
Because they are bitter. They've initiated the divorce and they realize that they don't have great dating options while their ex is dating younger women or going abroad to find a wife. Some women can't stand other people being happy and want everyone around them to be just as bitter as they are. They like call people who are happier then them losers to try to drag them down to their level.
It all comes down to fertility , these old bags are going though menopause , the horrendous change of life when everything goes to shit , they cannot reproduce , so they are jealous , all they have left is to bitch about others.
I don't know, how can ANYBODY hate ON something?
