Should white people breed more basketball players?

When transatlantic slave trading was abolished, Southern slaveholders began breeding slaves. Pictured below is Peta Seca, who was forced to father over 200 children. Little wonder he was chosen to breed slaves, as the guy was strong, powerful, smart and very obedient. Perhaps it's no coincidence that these are also desirable traits in an NBA player, 73% of whom are black men. My question is, should white people breed more basketball players?

If you look at modern day black athletes. They are graduating high school before going off to play in college, they get good degrees in college before deciding whether to go pro. Behind them you got parents that are supporting them all the way.

White men are too lazy for that. It's easier for us to just change the rules so that nome of the statistical advantages that black people have carry any weight. For example they might make dunking illegal again.

Basketball used to be all white people. Then black people came along and had traits better suited to winning over white people. If another race came along that played basketball better than black people, basketball would switch to them.
