The Palatinate ceased to exist as an independent entity when the country was unified in 1866; I doubt they still have "uprisings", especially since they were part of the Holy Roman Empire for nine hundred years before that.

If you mean pro-Palestinian uprisings, we don't have those, either; what we have are protests. If you're advocating that THOSE be broken up, you may consider this a cordial invitation to kiss my first Amendment. If you think the government should be free to brutally crack down on dissenting speech, North Korea would be happy to have you.
