The whole thing was illegitimate. Past the statutes of limitations, misdemeanors upgraded to felonies, and then didn't they end it with eliminating that rule that the jurors have to reach a unanimous verdict? Yup! They did. Basically every court rule I can remember being taught was tossed aside for that shit show of bullshit and horseshit.
Those Jurors being picked on purpose to hate Trump was the least of how corrupt it all was.
Basically I... D_Bone_Steak, could of done and have done everything he was accused of and I'd never even get a stern talking to. The whole thing just made liberals look like a bunch of pussies that can't accept that they suck a...
er... um... is a trans one still count as a real one? We should ask them since they suck it so hard. They have pronoun rules and other shit I'll never adhere to.

+1 yAbso-FUCKING-lutely they were illegitimately selected. The left blatantly breaks laws and openly commit unethical practices on the daily.
Someone that believes otherwise, has purposely chosen to be that stupid. The left is 100% corrupt and should be eradicated from all society's around the world. They are literally demons on earth.21 Reply- +1 y

@DrPepper12 The cousin of one of the jurors posted on social media what the verdict would be, 9 days before it happened. It seemed like it was real because the prosecutors office actually sent Trump's attorneys a letter stating that this text message did exist.

@DrPepper12 you don't fuck around like that on juries with high profile cases like that. That's not acceptable.
- +1 y
you're correct it MAY be real and the judge HAD to bring it to both parties attention. Trump can use the post on appeal if he proves it authentic

@DrPepper12 There is no evidence to suggest that it was not genuine.

The jury was rigged? Do tell
- +1 y
@DrPepper12 well apparently the jury was over 80% democrats in one case and in at least one other they were all democrats.
I thought that you're supposed to have quite a bit of power in picking an even jury but then again, you're also supposed to not have prosecutors what are transferred from out of state and their whole point is to go after you specifically "even if he didn't do anything wrong" - +1 y
Voir dire has limits!! He committed a crime in a 9:10 dem region!! Maybe he should have gone to Staten island!!
- +1 y
@DrPepper12 my bad if I'm mixing court cases up. But was that the one where he paid off the lady and they called it election interference?
Ya that's the motherfucker of stretches for the year lol goes right up there with maralago being worth less than empty plots of nearby land.
Also, you're picking 12 jurrors. They could have found 6 suitable Republicans if they held that case in California. NY? It could have been almost any brick and morter store owner.
I think a case like this certainly Warrents the minimal effort it would have taken. Especially given the subject of the case and it's inherent affinity to bias.
Also, the judge instructions were bullshit. "It has to be unanimous, but you don't need to agree specifically on which element was infringed, just as long as you individually feel like at least one of them was.
Like what is this, traffic court?

Pro Tip: If you DONT have courtroom sketches of your kids you're doing okay as a father...
As for your question about the jurors you have about as much understanding of our legal system as Trump has of incest not being acceptable. Someone should tell him its REALLY weird to wanna fuck your own daughter...

No? You just said "Pro Tip: If you DONT have courtroom sketches of your kids you're doing okay as a father..." Nothing about amount of kids, I just did you the favor of pointing out Hunter Biden has courtroom sketches, so by the standards you laid out his father is not doing okay.
1.7K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Probably. But the latest SCOTUS ruling would allow Coma Joe to send a SEAL team to take Don out before the election under "legitimate" (yeah, right) threat to the nation...

Maybe my age has made me more cynical than you my friend. I can't help feeling if "Joe" ordered it - and I don't believe he's actually capable of ordering a cheeseburger these days - he'd never be found competent to stand trial, never mind serve time. And other than impeach and replace under 25th (?) amendment four months before an election he's far from certain to win anyway, what could Congress or SCOTUS do to undo the deed?
Lordy, I hope I'm just too cynical...

@Juxtapose "Cope & seethe!"? You're literally blowing your top at every exposure of Trump's wrongdoings! You're pretending that making the evidence of crimes inadmissable makes Trump not guilty of committing those crimes.
All it's really showing is that the SCOTUS majority and Judge Cannon are engaging in obstruction of justice on Trump's behalf. - +1 y
America is fixing itself and when Trump gets elected a lot of things are going to change hopefully. You should really work on getting Germany changed as well.

@goaded so a minor committing rapist should get a lesser sentence than an adult saying something offensive which should not be criminalized to begin with? Are you insane? If you commit murder or rape you deserve to be tried as an adult 100%.
Your country has a pattern of shitty decisions like this. - +1 y
Minors get different sentences from adults. They didn't get off scott free, and the woman just got two days, over a weekend, and like I said that was a shitty decision that I don't know the details of. Say something rude to a judge in the US and see how much time you get in jail.
Why did you post a link about Gaza? - +1 y
Nah man I have been consistent throughout my entire interest in politics. I have held the same views that were once called liberal and now they are being called right wing. Some things I have changed my mind on, I used to be pro gun control and anti sex but I flipped on both of those things because I evolve with time.
Joe Biden is not a liberal at all. He is a vile segregationist and he has really inappropriate behavior around children. He also is way too authoritarian to be a liberal.
Bernie Sanders I can understand even though he goes too far into the socialist shit. He would have been a decent candidate. But Joe Biden? Hillary Clinton? Bruh you may as well be voting for a Dick Cheney.
5.3K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Not even the jurors were. It was all above board. One of the jurors said he got news from Truth Social, and he made it onto the jury and agreed that Trump broke the law.

The defence had the chance to reject any juror for cause, and about a dozen for no articulated reason. If they got a majority of Democratic voters, that's not surprising in an area that's mostly Democratic. If you don't like it, don't commit crimes in that sort of area.
Bear in mind there were Republican voters on the jury, and it only takes one to cause a mistrial.
"Bragg's team asked the jurors if they followed Trump on social media? Yes. And isn't it true that they did not ask any of the potential jurors if they followed Biden on social media or Michael Cohen?"
The defence were free to ask, why would the prosecution? - +1 y
Of course it's a jury of his peers - American citizens from the jurisdiction where the crimes were committed. All juries are picked from a pool and excluded for good reasons, like saying they think they can't be impartial.
One of Bannon's jurors came to court wearing a MAGA hat that she took off in the car each morning. She still found him guilty, because he was. - +1 y
@Juxtapose
So having the trial in the jurisdiction where the crime was commited is now forum shopping? LMFAO - +1 y
Dude give it up with these guys. Trump literally got exonerated when his lawyer admitted to embezzling the money on the witness stand. The jurors might not have been shoped but they damn sure were intimidated into voting guilty. Every knows antifa will burn your shit down at the medias command.
- +1 y
@captain_voidwalker Trump got convicted, not exonerated. The jury had to be anonymous, something that usually only happens with mob trials, because Trump was likely to set his supporters on them. You're all nuts.
This is what exoneration looks like: "We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president." (Hur report.)
Compare with Mueller: 'If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so'. - +1 y
Ohh please, like the media would have kept that info anonymous after the trial. Its a thing veil of protection at best easily pierced just like the jurors in the George Floyd case. Jurors home addresses were leaked as soon as the trial ended.
Any other judge in the nation would have declared a mistral the moment michael Cohen admitted to embezzling money. At that point he could have been labeling money as whatever the fuck to cover his embezzling. But then again since when does the left care about justice you only care about power - +1 y
@captain_voidwalker Only the judge, his staff, and prosecution and defence teams (not, iirc, including Trump) knew the identities of the jurors. The jurors were still anonymous to the media after the trial. The trial still hasn't completely finished, the convicted felon is awaiting sentencing. The journalists probably don't fancy spending time in jail for contempt, either, they got in trouble for publishing too much information early on.
It's a funny thing, but people giving evidence against criminals are often criminals themselves, because they're in a position to know. Having been co-conspirators, and all. - +1 y
They've still yet to name an actual crime trump committed here outside a few misdemeanors they artificially upgraded to felonies because they were all past the statute of limitations.

@captain_voidwalker Penal Law Section 175.10: Falsifying business records in the first degree
- +1 y
He didn't though did you not watch the bloody trial. When Michael Cohen admitted on the stand that he was the one falsifiyng the records to cover up his embezzling that charge became questionable and any judge that was worthy of the bench would have immediately declared a mistrial.
- +1 y
@captain_voidwalker ^^ this
- +1 y
@captain_voidwalker Show me that you don't know what you're talking about without telling me that you don't know what you're talking about: "did you not watch the bloody trial"? No I didn't, and neither did you, it wasn't televised.
Cohen testified that he and Trump falsified records together (Cohen didn't sign the cheques, Trump did), that was one of the crimes Cohen went to prison for. Not Trump should. - +1 y
You need to stop swallowing the half stories that CNN is feeding you
- +1 y
@captain_voidwalker Why does everyone who believes nonsense think I watch CNN? I don't.
You know the trial wasn't televised, right? You know that Cohen went to prison for crimes he committed with Trump, right? If not, why not? - +1 y
It wasn't televised but the transcripts are public record. And Cohen committed crimes trump didn't
- +1 y
@captain_voidwalker And you'd like us to believe you read them? Where are they?
You know that Cohen went to prison for crimes he committed with Trump, right? If not, why not? - +1 y
Again Cohen went to prison for crimes he committed trump hasn't commited any crimes well not any felonies anyway I'm sure he has a speeding ticket or 2.
You have Google look em up yourself - +1 y
@captain_voidwalker Your version of Google seems to be broken, because I can see plenty of crimes. Cohen and Trump committed crimes together. They're both equally guilty. Cohen went to prison, Trump should, too.
