Only God knows what is in a person's heart but based on the actions you describe I would say that's not very Christian like and also if she claims to be a pastor then that's a big no because there is no such thing as women pastors... According to the Bible anyway you see a true believer and a churchgoer are not always the same thing. A true Christian goes by what the Bible says not the current trend in modern culture. The word of God is eternal and he does not change his mind on things of principle. Just my thoughts take it for what it's worth

Christians ironically are the least Christian acting people on the planet. Just look at the Trump folks trying to declare Trump a great Christian, as if God would approve of him cheating on his third wife while she was pregnant with a porn actress. Then they falsely worship Trump himself. So fake Christians are very common.
