In the video there are no obvious signs of it being fake and there is no reason for me to think it is fake.

1. Why would Bits care about Trump?
2. The displayed video on the screen is not the right resolution, nor is it the proper quality
3. Having a Trump rally outside Westminster would not be allowed; you need a permit for that and one for Trump would not be granted
4. That big screen was put there by the BBC so people could watch election results, and the opening of parliament. The BBC would not let Trump use it.

A few things stand out:
1.) For being a supposed Trump Rally, there are no American flags, signs in support for America, nor anything with Trump's name, small crowd. Things you typically see in any Pro-Trump event.
2.) Can't find anything past 2019 from the UK that's in favor of him to the scale this suggests.
3.) The poster of that video couldn't cite a source to the original video, audio, event, news, etc.; things typically needed to prove something took place.
